Roles typically involve container unloading, pallet wrapping and sorting or scanning stock but do vary depending on the site and customer.
Shift availability depends on the site and location you're working at. Reliable and hard working team members that demonstrate our values typically receive more shifts.
Most team members work continuously at the same site once they're part of a core crew. There may occasionally be a need to work elsewhere, depending on business needs. We also offer plenty of opportunities to try new things, some team members have even travelled interstate or overseas.
We encourage our team to work with their mates and will do our best to place people at the same sites. It does depend on business needs so can't be guaranteed.
We pay at least the relevant award wage for the location and role type and productivity incentives are often available.
