Despite deploying 12 to 14 team members per shift, the operation was unable to consistently exceed 20,000 picks, with top individual performance reaching approximately 250 cases per hour.

The client needed a workforce solution capable of delivering greater throughput, stronger productivity and more reliable operational performance.

The results were quick to show. Our Young Guns team members consistently achieved between 400 and 500 cases per hour – double the productivity of the customer’s existing operation.

What had previously been a 20,000-pick operation evolved into a substantially higher-performing model. The team established a site record of 34,000 picks in a single shift with just 8 team members and later exceeded 36,000 units picked in a day, moving the operation significantly ahead of schedule.
