Our story

Founded in 2004 by brothers Scott and Trent Young, Young Guns emerged while they both pursued their dreams of rugby, managed engineering studies, and worked part-time unpacking shipping containers. An unexpected chance arose when they needed additional help for a job, leading to the start of Young Guns Container Crew. Diligently working alongside employees in warehouses, the brothers gained a reputation for their exceptional service.

The first office Young Guns opened was in Brisbane (HQ), winning their first multinational contract in 2006. By 2010, Young Guns expanded into Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. By 2016 the business expanded into Canada, followed by New Zealand in 2019.,

Young Guns aims to transform typically unskilled, unreliable and a transient work force into a highly engaged one delivering a service that not only packs and unpacks shipping containers but also drives improvements into the Supply Chain Industry.

Today, Young Guns’ power is in its people, with over 1500 team members . The global business provides an accountable team of professionals to manage the container inbound/outbound area for customers and consistently challenge ‘best practice’.
